RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

HolyHome sells exclusively digital products. All guides are delivered instantly via download upon payment confirmation.
No Refunds on Digital Products
By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that all HolyHome products are digital goods delivered electronically. Once your download link has been issued and your guide has been accessed, your purchase is final and non-refundable. This is in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act Section 44 which explicitly excludes digital goods from the standard return and refund provisions once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded by the consumer.
The 30 Day Faith Guarantee
HolyHome stands behind the quality of every guide we have built. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your guide and you contact us within 30 days of purchase with a genuine quality concern, we will review your request on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. This guarantee does not apply to any purchase where the download link has been accessed, opened, or used in any way. It does not apply to purchases made during any promotional period, sale event, or bundle discount. It does not apply to change of mind, financial circumstances, or any reason unrelated to a documented failure of the product to deliver its described content.
All refund requests must be submitted to holyhomeza@gmail.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered under any circumstances. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
HolyHome reserves the right to decline any refund request at its sole discretion where evidence of download or access exists.
