About HolyHome
HolyHome is a South African digital products brand selling faith guides for South African Christian families. All products are digital goods delivered electronically via download link upon payment confirmation.
Eligibility
By placing an order on holyhome.co.za you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are purchasing with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products and Pricing
All prices displayed on holyhome.co.za are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. HolyHome reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
All product descriptions, images, and content on our site are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy however we reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.
Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment your download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address. HolyHome is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address, spam filters, or email provider issues. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase contact us at holyhomeza@gmail.com.
Intellectual Property
All HolyHome guides, content, images, branding, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of HolyHome and are protected by South African copyright law. Your purchase grants you a single user personal licence to use the guide for your own personal and family use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, upload, print for commercial purposes, or use any HolyHome content for any purpose other than personal use without our prior written consent. Printing a single copy for your own personal use is permitted.
Prohibited Use
You may not use holyhome.co.za or any HolyHome product for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our site or systems. You may not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract any content from our site. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any HolyHome product in any form.
Limitation of Liability
HolyHome provides all products and content for personal faith and educational purposes only. Nothing in our guides constitutes professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. HolyHome shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent purchase.
